Sign in, open Setup, and scroll to Close This Fleet. You will be asked to type your fleet name to confirm, which is there to make an accidental tap impossible.

Export first if you want to keep anything. Setup has an export that downloads your loads, expenses, fuel, settlements, uploaded documents and generated statements as a single zip. It keeps working after deletion is scheduled.

Email howdyremove.this@no.spam.truckrs.io from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, with the subject Account deletion request. We verify that the request came from the account holder before acting on it, so a request from an unrelated address will be refused rather than honoured. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

If you are a driver, dispatcher or truck owner who was invited to somebody else's fleet, say so. Your access and personal details are removed, which is a different action from deleting the fleet itself, and that fleet belongs to the owner who created it.

The fleet immediately becomes read-only. Nothing new can be uploaded or booked, your data stays exportable, and the deletion can still be cancelled during a grace period. That window exists so a mistake, or someone acting without authority, can be undone.

After it passes, the fleet and its data are permanently erased.

Your profile and contact details, your sessions and sign-in credentials including any passkey, push-notification tokens for your devices, your loads, expenses, fuel purchases, settlements and pay records, every document you uploaded, and every statement generated from them.

Your sign-in itself goes when the fleet was the last place it worked. If the same phone number still drives or dispatches for another company on this app, that number keeps its sign-in, its passkey and its alerts for that company, and only this fleet's records are removed.

Records we are required to retain, such as payment and tax records tied to a subscription we billed, are kept for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.

The security log of sign-in attempts is one of them. It records that a number tried to sign in, when, and from roughly where, and it is what we would use to look into a fraudulent sign-in. Deleting it on request would let whoever signed in remove the evidence of it, so it is kept for a limited period and then deleted on a schedule, whether or not an account was closed. It is never used for anything else.

If you were invited to a fleet you do not own, business records belonging to that fleet stay with its owner. Your personal details and your access are still removed.
